A beautiful buckskin colt who combines the great reining and reined cow horse bloodlines of
SHINING SPARK and SMART CHIC OLENA.
"Cisco's" sire, THERE COMES A TIME, is a stunning palomino son of SHINING SPARK and out of an own daughter of PEPPY SAN BADGER, OMLENA PEPPY. THERE COMES A TIME is an NRCHA Superior Reined Cowhorse, and has LTE of almost $12,000 and 49 AQHA points. He has an extensive show record including the 2002 NRCHA Gold Open Two-Rein Championship and the 2002 NRCHA Gold Limited Open Championship. Since then he has been a winner, top ten, reserve champion or champion in more than fifteen major shows. His get have distinguished themselves and him with LTE's as high as nearly $18,000 (A TIME TO SPARK.). Other money-winning sons and daughters are COSMOS TIME CHEX, RIO TIME, A SHINE N TIME and DRY AND SHINEY. THERE COMES A TIME'S dam, OMLENA PEPPY, has LTE of nearly $16,000 and 107 AQHA points. She was AQHYA Reserve World Champion Reining Horse twice, and AQHYA Reserve World Champion Working Cowhorse. CHICS SHINERS KID's dam, CHICS DO IT RIGHT (perhaps our prettiest mare), is a blood bay daughter of WATCH MR CHIC, the great roping son of SMART CHIC OLENA. He has championships in roping beginning in 2002 and as recently as 2010 was a Qualified Sr. Heading World Show entry (he was also qualified as a Performance Halter Stallion at that same show.) WATCH MR CHIC came by his roping talent honestly as the "Tyree" line has been famous for roping. SMART CHIC OLENA needs little comment, except to say that CHICS DO IT RIGHT (our colt's dam) combines the athleticism of the DOC OLENA horses with the beauty of the TWO EYED JACK and TYREE lines.
CHICS SHINERS KID inherited the best of these prestigious lines. He has the tremendous athleticism of the SHINING SPARK and SMART CHIC OLENA horses, their beauty as well, and the sweet, trainable good nature of his dam. This little buckskin could do it all!
